The repeated events option is a great feature however it doesnt allow me to update a single event as oppose to automatically updating all the events connected in the repeat. Is this something that can be added to the feature?
The simple trick to achieve this is to make the repeat events - then just turn off the extension (disable) - and edit the single event you need to change

To edit a single event that was created as part of a repeating event, change the Repeating Event slider from on
to off
Only the single event will change.
