I think it would be helpful to expand the My Youth Connections section by default when RSVPs are turned on. Often, it is the parents submitting an RSVP for both themselves and their Scouts in our unit, so having that collapsed by default adds another click that parents must take to submit and RSVP. Since the calendar transitioned, we are starting to see some parents forgetting to RSVP for their Scouts and think expanding that section by default would help.
Adding My Youth Connections to the event summary that appears when you click on the date with an event would also make it easier for parents to quickly RSVP for themselves and their Scouts.
