How do I allow an adult to have Unit Admin User Rights?

The adult must be a registered scouter. After they appear that way in your unit roster, an existing unit admin, one of the Unit Key 3 (CM/SM/CC/COR) or an existing Key 3 Delegate can assign the scouter a Unit Admin role by going to that scouter’s Positions page, and adding it in the same way you might add any other Scoutbook role.
