I was trying to enter an Interpreter Strip for a Arrow of Light Scout, but I cannot find it listed among the awards that are available for Cub Scouts. I can find it for Scouts BSA.. I checked the requirements on the Scouting America website and ir still says that the award can be earned by “Any (youth or adult) member who speaks a specific foreign language.”
