Invite button shows error

I’m keep getting this message," Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request.

Our webmaster has been notified and will fix it ASAP!" whenever I try and send an invite to join Scoutbook. I’ve given it about a week to see if it would fix itself but it’ still showing the same message.

Which invite button are you reporting? Can you walk us through the steps to replicate?

My Dashboard > Pack 370 > Pack Roster > Click on Volunteer’s Name > Invite

I’m not sure that was the last step. After I clicked on Pack Roster, none of our volunteers names were “clickable”. I did find another way by clicking on her scout’s name and inviting her that way.

I reset your admin role. Let us know if it happens again, the developers are still working some issues with the parent invite. If it happens again, walk us through the exact steps again.
