Invite Scout to Engage after merge

Recently merged accounts, but now I now I need to invite the scout to engage. But the button does not appear. If that’s because Scoutbook thinks he is already engaged, then it’s not correct. His scout number is still connected to the wrong account with an outdated email address and old login. Can we get the allow scout to engage button to appear?
