Everything looks right as far as I can tell. She’s in our Troop 3121, in the patrol. Not sure what this error means. Scout #13805414 I believe her mother Divya accidentally has 2 accounts, but I dont see why that affects Joanna.
@FrankRichardson have an admin go to her membership > Unapprove> Save > then reapprove it.
