Logged-in user does not have access to this API

I am trying to update profiles “change profile picture” for our scouts since some are outdated and others are empty. It uploads the photo, but when I try to click “save” I get an error message: “Logged-in user does not have access to this API”

I have searched the forums but none of the other posts seem related or had helpful resolutions. I have also reached out to the rest of my council and they are unable to determine why I am receiving this error. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Anyone have an idea how to get around this?

@JamesKeller are you trying to change the picture for your child or other scouts in your unit?

I’m trying to update the other scouts in my dens. My own scout’s works.
