An issue that prevented the advancement.csv from containing all of the requirements for Scout rank has been corrected.
Landing Page
Wording on the Scoutbook landing page has been updated to remove the word pricing now that Scoutbook is provided to all units free of charge.

Council Admin
The Council Users report now contains a second report that only contains users who have logged into Scoutbook in the last 365 days. This report is a subset of the full Council Users report. The new active user report is named <council_number>_activeusers.csv
