An issue that prevented comments from being added to Cub Scout advancement in Scoutbook Plus has been fixed. Note: Photo upload is not currently working. The developers are aware and working on a fix.We have been notified that this fix did not actually occur. A new change log entry will be posted when comments are enabled.
