I recently left a committee member position with a Scouts BSA unit. I am still a Merit badge councilor. All my assigned scouts and MB completions and partials have disappeared. Since I used Scoutbook as my record keeper what do I do now? I know when I left as advancement chair my connections would be removed from the scouts in the Troop but as a MBC shouldn’t my connections and record keeping have been left for use and future use?
