Multiple Active Member IDs

Hello,
I need help with merging two Active Member ID’s.
Member Id’s are
14113374 ( where i see one of the two kids details)
12736108 (Attached to Troop Roster)

I am associated with Troop 12 Patriots Path Council New Jersey.
Also i have two kids but as of now only able to see details of only one kid.
