Req 1 of the hiking segment, like others, calls for completion of Scouts BSA, Venturing, or Sea Scout ranks. SB correctly imported that the Scout had earned 1st class for that sub requirement, but does not then mark req 1 complete, preventing the award progress percentage from calculating correctly, and prevents the overall segment award from showing complete when all requirements are met. Instead a leader/admin has to go in and manually mark the segment award complete.
