Need help combining 2 users in Scoutbook

I have a parent that has 2 ID’s in Scoutbook, one that was inserted by the Troop and one inserted by the council. The correct go forward ID is 12314248 as this also has a BSA member ID associated with it. I need 11509632 removed and the email address and mobile phone number from it applied to the 12314248 id. We cannot add email address because of the other bad ID.

***NOTE: These are the UserID’s NOT BSA Member ID’s
