Can you help me locate a scout, [name removed by Moderator]. She submitted an online BSA application in November 2021. There was a mistake where she entered her gender as boy instead of girl. Our local council has not been able to correct the problem. Can you locate her and put her in Troop 59G in Scoutbook?
I found the youth under BSA member number 14036339. However, you will need to work out the registration issue with your local council, because she does not have any registrations.
This youth does not appear to have a Scoutbook account yet.
