The last few days, Scoutbook keeps removing a couple of us as either den admin or pack admin. Key three keeps going in a fixing but then the next day it’s removed again. Any insight as to why this is happening or how to get it to stop?
If you provide BSA ID numbers for the individuals (no names please!), the SUAC can look into it.
Are these individuals all registered scouters?
Yes both are currently registered leaders and have been for several years. One is 130511268 (pack admin problem) and the other is 134271866 (den admin problem)
