Password Reset Issue

I have a parent, BSA# 136134588, that is trying to reset their password. They are able to request the reset and get the email to reset the password. When they click the link, a screen opens with a spinning circle that does not stop. I.E. they are in a “permanent” waiting cycle. What can be done to help them?
