Problem getting scout connected

One parent is having a problem getting their scout connected. None of the invite emails ever reach the scout. Scout is MID 137112840 / UID 11612666. Parent is MID 13758656 / UID 11736145.

Can you check? Is there anything I can troubleshoot from my end?

This Scout already has a my.scouting.org ID which can be used to login to Scoutbook. The ID is his first initial followed by his last name.
