We have one Scout who is listed twice in ScoutBook. One listing shows him as a Webelo assigned to a Webelo group and the second listing shows him as a Scout. When I try to add a Merit Badge completion for this Scout, ScoutBook doesn’t allow it and just kicks me back to the roster list. I am not sure how to fix this. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you.
@ScottHightower - if the scout is in your troop roster in my.scouting.org, then certainly end the cub scout membership. Now… on to my pet peeve it is webelos… 
If the Scout is officially registered in the troop, you can end the cub scout webelos membership. If you would like us to look into it, please send the name and BSA member ID of the Scout to suacinformation@gmail.com

In Scoutbook, go to the Scout’s Membership page.
Under Current Memberships, do you see a Webelos membership? If yes, then click on it, add a Date Ended, and then click Update.
