Scoutbook does not recognize APO/FPO/DPO zip code

Valid DPO ZIP code (beginning with 0) is not recognized with Scoutbook profile changes! Can all of these be added?

There may also be a issue of supporting units that have international addresses that do not use USPS zip codes and US government mail services for delivery of mail.

Correct, but not relevant to my bug report as this is a valid USPS ZIP code.

@MarcusCox - when you state profile change what specifically do you mean? I just made a slight change to one of our scouts and had no issue with the zip code which is already in the profile as 08628

I went to make a profile change from a continental U.S. address to an APO/FPO/DPO address, and it did not take a 0xxxx zip code as valid.

I was trying to enter 09869.
