I saw this issue just closed, but with the national support directing to council, and knowing that council can’t fix the issue:
My son keeps getting dropped from Scoutbook due to the 90 day issue/bug. He’s moved through three councils, so I’m certain that has something to do with.
I’ve updated his membership to start today to buy him another 90 days, but not sure when that will start making his record keeping for leadership positions & service hours to be messed up.
Hopefully this keeps the ticket alive that we are still having this issue (for two years now)
