I am fairly new to Troop and Pack leadership positions. I have completed the various online BSA training sources (which are very good) and watched the online videos for Scoutbook. I am working with my Troop on reviewing all their tech tools to assess what can be simply moved over to Scoutbook. Is there anybody out that there that has gone through a couple transitions to Scoutbook to develop a bucket of lessons learned for a Troop? What works well and what you still needs a separate tool (like electronic payments)?
