The Scouts BSA History Report has “Scouts BSA History Report” at the top but further down in the document it shows as “Boy Scout History Report” in 3 spots where it should be consistent throughout the document to say Scouts BSA.

No, the Eagle Palms are not on the Scouts BSA History Report that I generated.
The title of the downloaded file should be fixed as well.
