Hi, at one point I had an old member ID 136742898 and now have a new member ID 13455589, I cannot find my son’s ID which is 136742897. I believe it is still under my previous ID. Can you move 136742897 to be under 13455589?
@RichardChaikin only council can solve this - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number
Are your 2 member ID numbers merged? If not, merging them might solve the problem. Log into my.scouting and go to Manage Member ID in the menu and you can add your old number to your new account.
Member IDs cannot be merged, only managed in my.scouting.org.
And Relationships do not Sync like training @RobertBrodner
