The 1947 “Handbook for Scoutmasters” references the subject movie on page 287.
Does anyone know if this movie is available anywhere?

https://media.dlib.indiana.edu/media_objects/4742b0290 has a copy of it available for viewing. It was apparently published in 1946, and is very much a product of that time, both in terms of the BSA program and society in general.
