Scout transfered from Cubs to Troop is showing in my.scouting roster but no profile in Scoutbook. Parents email is in our scoutbook email builder but scout’s individual profile never appeared as “scout not in patrol”. ID 140328195
You will need to contact your Council. The Scout still has IsCurrent=Yes appearing on his Webelos membership. The Council can expire this membership using registrar tools.
