Scoutbook is not allowing me to run a YPT report. It says there is a “glitch”. Please advise.
What is the specific error being generated, and what are your positions as listed in Scoutbook and my.scouting?
It says loading scripts then goes to a screen that says:
A system glitch prevented us from updating your profile email address to what you had provided during your account creation process. Please update the email address on your profile to what it needs to be. Sorry for the inconvenience!
The email address I have entered in scoutbook under my profile may not be the same as the one I used when I started scouting.
My positions are pack admin, den admin, advancement chair, den leader x2 and committee member.
I thought that you need to be a unit key 3 (CM, CC, COR), a Key 3 delegate designated in the Organizational Security Manager at my.scouting, or the Training Manager designated in OSM in order to pull the YPT reports now.
