My account has a message that reads "warning another user is using the same email. If this is unexpected contact your local concil or post to the using Scoutbook Forum.
How can I resolve this issue/message?

@CarlosMartinez you just had an old Parent account where you had opted- out of emails - glad to see your Scoutmaster now - way to go - all is fixed
