2026 BSA Health Forms Incorrectly Formatted

I’m not sure this is the correct forum but in filling out the form for my son this year, I noticed the form was created incorrectly with a much too small font size for the fill-in blanks that is very hard (if not impossible) to read on screen let alone when printed.

Attached is a picture showing how the previous (2019 version) form had the text size set for data you input vs. the new form. When printed, the 2026 form is pretty impossible to read - especially if you add notes to any sections.

@DanBoccabella - this should be routed via you local council for them to address with national. There is nobody on the forums who can address this.
