Our Cubmaster is unable to add or edit calendar events in Scoutbook Plus, receiving the 403 “You don’t have access to this trail” error when clicking on the add or edit button. In the Permissions Manager, they have full “Create/Edit/Remove” permissions as do I (committee chair). However, I do not see this error when adding / editing events. We have tried clearing browser cache, logging out and back in, etc. Nothing helps.

@BenBotti- that really seems like a browser issue. Have they tried an incognito session or another browser. Do they get the same result on their phone?
It is showing the 304 message on my phone as well:(
Do you still need my scout ID? Or is it showing since I’m signed onto this forum?
@MonicaMerga-Donohue- then you are the cubmaster from the OP. Do you have registrations in any other unit and/or are a parent ?
@MonicaMerga-Donohue will take a look - you need to talk to council about T32B - you are registered in it twice
Yes I’m the Cubmaster Ben was referring to in original post. And yes I’m a parent of a scout in troop 32. And I’m a registered leader in Pack 32.

@MonicaMerga-Donohue- i would make sure that you have the correct role in the dropdown in the upper right of scoutbook plus
@MonicaMerga-Donohue I think this is something on your side as Devs cannot reproduce signing in as you - I can setup a screenshare to take a look if you want.

Oh my goodness! You are a Guinness:) I selected a pack event while in troop’s territory/selected in drop down and it says 304. But now that I’ve selected p32 I can edit and add pack events👍
