National Honor Patrol is not is the Awards List - it should be added.
Unit and sub-unit (dens / patrols) awards are not currently supported in Scoutbook. The BSA has not said if they will be supported, but if they are, it will probably be after all youth awards and advancement items are supported.
This isn’t really a unit award. It should be added as an individual award that can be earned multiple times.
"Who Can Earn This Award?
Earned by Scouts BSA members who are members of a qualifying patrol."

We do have it on the request list. However, one of the BSA’s priorities is to retire Internet Advancement. For this reason, items that are supported at Internet Advancement but not Scoutbook tend to get a higher priority.
