Application Manager - getting an error when trying to accept a youth application

I’m getting an “error” message when trying to accept a youth application.

  1. I’m on a laptop running windows 11.
  2. Windows 11
  3. Google chrome
  4. Not using an Incognito window
  5. youth memeber 12556341 Santa Clara Valley / Monterey Bay Council.
