Application Manager is prompting for apps that aren't there

Committee Chair of Council 33 District 2-17 Troop 762 (BSA ID Member ID: 12132178) reports that he is receiving automated emails from Application Manager stating that there are 5 apps awaiting approval, but there are no apps in queue.

Is it possibly related to this issue, @NancyHodgkiss?

@NancyHodgkiss Please ask your council to submit a help ticket to National.

I don’t think so. Our leads are doing the same thing as described above, but this issue is with Application Manager.

Our CO/unit doesn’t use online applications, so I wasn’t sure if similar behavior was going on with the app manager where they were being misfiled somehow.
