ASM unable to see/access scouts on roster

One of our ASM (ID# 13723718) has been unable to see certain scouts on our roster since they were moved into new patrols. He has troop admin abilities and is still able to use Quick Entry to input approved completions for them, but he cannot see them on the roster, access their individual profiles, or even see their patrols.

The patrols (and kids) he can’t see or access are TTFC-1, TTFC-2, TTFC-3.

@MaryMcCain that Sounds like a Cache issue on the ASM’s computer - they can try an incognito window and if that works they should clear their cache for scouting.org with all scouting websites closed
