The ASM of a troop cannot see the new scouts on the roster who have crossed over. Looking for directions to give him the permissions he needs to view, add advancement, camping, etc to the roster.

@test Can the ASM SEE the scouts in Roster - if not it is more likely the ASM cache - have them go to SB+ >Roster > Filter at top right side > just click reset Filter to see if that solves it.
If the ASM sees the Scouts but cannot click on them then it is a permissions issue as discussed above
