Is there a way to run a report so I can see if I forgot to take attendance for any of our calendar events? Also, is there a way to run an attendance report for individual scouts?

From your troop page > reports > attendance report. In the event date column is a percentage for the entire event. Anything with 0% was likely missed.
From the same report, click any scout’s name for an individualized report.
Attendance for PLC meetings is no different from any other event. Just make sure you have invited attendees.
