- An issue that caused leaders to receive the error “you are not authorized to access this API” has been fixed. If you still encounter this error, please first try a hard refresh of your browser window or use an Incognito or Private window and try again. If the issue persists please post in Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus Bugs - Scouting Forums with details on what you were doing when the issue occurred including any Scouting America Member IDs (no names) of Scouts you were trying to access.
