I’m new to using Payment Logs, but am doing some testing. I’m sorry if this feature already exists and I’m missing it.
I like that there is an option for adding/withdrawing to scout accounts because our troop uses them. However, when a scout has a positive balance in their account, and a charge is entered, that charge does not show as a due balance. I wish there was a Scout Account Balance number and a separate Balance Due or Outstanding Charges line so parents would see that amount due. Sometimes parents want to write a check rather than withdrawing from the scout balance for certain expenses. I want them to see that there is an amount due so they can decide which way they want to pay.
