  1. (140495445) adventures “Baloo the Builder” and “Bear Claws” are not available on any Purchase Order and need to get added to Pack 4420 purchase order so that adventure cards can be generated

If an award is on a previous PO or marked awarded it will not be placed on a new PO.

None of them are on any PO. They are all awaiting to be awarded but unable to be added to a PO.

check POs both in SB and the Advancement Report in SB+ - sometimes they do not match up

Are these the old version of Baloo the Builder?

Fortunately you don’t need an advancement report to buy adventure loops as they are not restricted items. You can just purchase them.

These adventures are not appearing on the advancement report. How do I get them to show up on a SB PO so that the pregenerated adventure cards will include them?

The adventures for 140495445 are the old ones. The adventures for 14569482 and 13974936 are the new ones, but I believe the system thinks they’re old.

Do the new one’s have 2024 selected for Bear in Scoutbook Plus?

If it were me, I would just handwrite the cards.

Yes, 2024 was selected. We like to have the nicely preprinted cards for our Scouts.
