BSA Health Record Dates not migrating to RSVP reports

I updated our records of the medical records date on file for our unit using the bulk entry through the unit roster.

When pulling an RSVP report for an event, the new data with medical record dates is not pulling into the report. I refreshed Scoutbook + and it did not resolve the issue. The old data is still appearing in the report, but not that data that was input earlier today.

Although it makes no sense to me, I wonder if the report data was cached and didn’t update. Have you tried forcing a refresh of advancements.scouting before running the report?

I actually tried logging out, clearing my cache, logging back in and running again. It didn’t work, so after that I verified the date was recorded properly on individual record - just not the RSVP report.

Interest enough, even thought the data was input using Scoutbook Plus, and the event RSVP report done through SB+, the next day I ran the same RSVP report and the med form dates were populating correctly. Not sure that’s the solution, but in this case something to keep in mind if you are a user of these reports to check who you need to collect med forms on.
