Does anyone know what the expected lag time for medical form date updates to show up in reports is?
They do not show up immediately, and often do not show up until several days have passed.
Is there a sync that happens on a particular schedule?
@JoeMcKinley - I just did a med form update saved then ran the roster report and the change was there
@JoeMcKinley Ive seen this in the past too. I’m going to send you a private message to gather some info to ask the developers to look into it.
