Scoutbook still appears to be automatically waiving completion of Camping Merit Badge requirement 9b. During the Covid Waiver, SB was properly bypassing this requirement. But now that the waiver went away on 1 March 2022, SB should go back to requiring completion of requirement 9b. Please advise if I am mistaken. I think I am correct, because SB automatically checked requirement 9 as overall complete on a scout in my troop today, when he completed requirements 9a and 9c, but he doesn’t have 9b complete.
