Cannot access adult profiles in ScoutBook

I am the secretary and admin for my troop. I need to make some adult reassignments, but I cannot access any adult profile records - I get the message, " Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request. Please go to Scoutbook Bugs - Scouting Forums to report this issue."
I am still able to access scout profile records.
