In legacy Scoutbook, this award could correctly be earned and recorded multiple times.
It can no longer we awarded multiple times. In addition, during the migration, the existing multiple records were lost.
@JoeMcKinley that is because SB+ better aligns with another recording system for Scouting America - there is a single space for Honor patrol. You can still buy them, add notes in comments, and present to scout.

Do you know if there are plans to put it back how it was? Since it can be earned multiple times, it would make sense to have that option still.
