I need to update my den leaders and I have been able to get the leaders assigned as Den Admins, but I cannot assign AOL den leaders. If I set to Den Leader the Webelos and AOL den are greyed out, if I set to Webelos Leader the AOL den is greyed out. How do I assign them as den leaders for this den?
@VincentHlavinka go to advancements.scouting.org as Admin > organize by Den > then Edit the Den - you can add leaders there
That is how I added the leaders into the den. When I go into Scoutbook and look at the roster or the den rosters both are only added as Den Admins, they are not assigned as Den Leaders.
They can still manage the Dens
This is a known issue. At the moment, den admin is the best you can get for the AOL leaders.
