Cannot see details in Roster in Scouting Tools app

I am a District Commissioner. The primary use I have for the MY.SCOUTING app is to look up phone numbers and email addresses of leaders and adults at units.
This no longer works for me. I can see names and positions of anyone in the District, but when I drill down to find a phone number or email address, all I get is “No items to show” This used to work for me a while back.
This functionality works fine when using MY.SCOUTING over the web on my home PC.

Local Council has no answers. I don’t know who to turn to.

You council can put in tickets with national. That’s the best answer I have.
