Council Admin here. I remember a report that told me what units and who were using Scoutbook. Did that go away? Am I mis-remembering? If it still exists, where did it go? TY

talking to myself. I ran the Org Manager report for Service hrs, and came up with higher numbers.
The report in SB+ had this number: REF:PD-20260723093727-621811-599647
Org manager report had this number: REF:PD-20260723092419-210517-184115
Date range on both was 01/01/2025 to 12/31/2025
Any ideas? ty

@MarianMcQuaid on reports I can check
On who uses SB I cannot imagine how a report would really know that unless it was log ins. Or Activity logs being present
There was such a report in Legacy Scoutbook but it has been removed and not ported to Scoutbook Plus. Once Scouting America IT started loading every member into Scoutbook, the report because less useful because it was just a duplicate of other membership reports available to Councils.
If such a report is still needed, it will need to be requested via a Member Care ticket.
As for the Org manager report discrepancy, I’ll try to report the issue.
It was based on logins as I remember.
Ed Thanks for reporting it. I am baffled. Re the report: I found it useful to be able to encourage the units that were using Troopmaster, or weren’t bothering to enter activities. Thanks for all that you do! I appreciate your work. Marian
