Where can we find the Cub and Scout reports for scouts working towards Eagle? I used to find them on Legacy. Now when I click on reports, it says no reports available.
Do you mean the History reports?
Yes, their history. The records with the dates they completed each level.
The Scout BSA History report is available under Reports (in left Grey area) for Key 3 and many leaders on the Roster page - or the Scout Profile page under Run Report on Right side. The Cub Report is not currently available for older programs, but not really needed.
When I click run report, it says no report available.
Likely a cache issue if this is for T4018. Try an Incognito window. Is this for an Active Scout?
Two active scouts and one aged out Eagle who has not yet done a CoH
As you are still a Legacy admin - you can go to Legacy Scoutbook > My Dashboard > Reports > and get the reports with the Scouts Member # and name there - only way for one not on the active roster

My wife was having the same issue as Advancement Chair so I have been trying to help. She used to be able to get their Cub records as well

@PeterNicolaysen- i found the cub history report in the reports section of the scout page in legacy scoutbook.
I was able to access Legacy finally and found his scout record but I still get an error when trying to access his Cub record
@PeterNicolaysen- what is the error. Beyond that neither report is required for eagle.
So weird, I just logged in again to copy the error message and the reports showed up.
I know they aren’t required for Eagle but for scouts who start as Tigers and make it all the way through to Eagle, it is nice to be able to acknowledge that for them.
Thank you for your help. In the future, I will just try to open a new browser to see if that solves the problem.
@DavidLitaker- i do not seem to have that issue on my troop and crew. What is your position in the unit?
