Our CC moved our dens up to the next grade last week, but we have a few adventures and possibly a rank advancement still to trickle in. Some were completed prior to last week and not entered by families, others are trying to get done before the school year officially ends.
SB+ gives me the error advising the scout cannot earn due to wrong den level.
Is there any other method to entering the adventure other than changing the den level back? I dont want to do that too many times.
@NicholasSobocinski Den Level controls advancement - if you need to enter old stuff Scouts have to be in that den level
Thanks Donovan, I was hoping the prior functionality would remain, at least for an advancement coordinator or Key 3
Simplest answer is you cannot please everyone - so they went with simplest solution that would lead to the least mistakes.
Go to Edit Den on the roster and move the den back to the previous level. Enter the missing advancement then return the den to the “new” level.
Ok, moving the den(s) back is the plan I guess. To avoid excess work I am going to compile a list of all the changes I need to make so I do it once on one day
