@MelissaKirchner You should be all fixed now.
Jennifer can you please merge 140677475 & 140667388? 388 is linked with his scout and 475 is linked with my.scouting so he is unable to login or update passwords.
@LindsayFoote I am checking.
@LindsayFoote I have merged his Scoutbook accounts. The BSA member ID number he should use is 140677475.
The user also has 2 usernames at my.Scouting:
one has Google sign in turned on
the other is an e-mail address
Which username would he like to keep?
I think one of my adult members has two IDs. One is member ID: 13500213. Can we see if she has a duplicate with her YPT recorded on the other membership?
@RebeccaVenediktov I only find one BSA member ID number for this user: 13500213.
She needs to retake this course:
SCO_3008 - Overview and Policies
It was taken too long ago to count (10/05/2022).
Somehow I have a unit leader with at least 3 BSA IDs and 4 SB IDs. Thatâs not the amazing part.
The amazing part is that for âPrefixâ instead of âMr.â it is âMr. NAME OF ADULTâ
Can someone look at trying to link perhaps and merge or untangle this? Thanks!
BSA ID 1 (the one with Prefix âMR. NAME OF ADULTâ = 134760955 SB ID = 8502247 (I think)
BSA ID 2 = 14173261 SB ID = 2588575 AND SB ID 13640819 too (?)
BSA ID 3 = 134760955 SB User ID = 9062847
Can you merge these accounts?
14769103 (keep info from this one)
14852659
The user gets duplicate email notifications for everything.
Hello,
I am a scoutmaster for a Troop in Mankato, MN. My BSA member number is: *.
I recently made a mistake attempting to transfer in a new scout to the troop. Now, there are two of himâone is the full (correct) account. And the other is his name, but is not populated with anything (not even a BSA number) and says that he needs to register. The scoutâs name is *
Is there any way we can either delete the bad account, or merge the two? It is very confusing as I look to my roster, or want to input something using Quick entry and am not sure which is the correct account.
Please provide the Scoutâs BSA Member ID, no names.
@WilliamsburgScouter that scouter should get on themself to get help - they are registered in 2 councils so their input is needed
@NicholasGuman Fixed - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check childrenâs âUser Relationshipâ and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number 14769103
Thanks. I am trying to help because I suspect the last few times this person tried getting help/helping themselves resulted in the situation we are in now (multiple BSA IDs, multiple SB IDs, and a prefix cell that looks to be impossible).
@LisaVasquez This userâs Scoutbook accounts have been merged.
For some reason, I have two Scoutbook accounts under the same G-Mail address. On one account I can only access my sonâs Scouting information. On the other account, I can access my training and the Troop/Crew Info as a committee member but not my sonâs info. Can you please merge the two accounts?

Account #1: SB User ID: 2685783, BSA Member ID: 133673337
Account #2: SB User ID: 12281814
Thanks!
Hi admins! (1 of 3)
We have a member that has two accounts and Iâd like to clean up our scoutbook rosters to remove the unused one.
KEEP (this is the account she uses)
SB User ID: 9942819
BSA Member ID: 133577494
MERGE or DELETE (looks like sheâs never logged in under this account):
SB User ID: 13662632
BSA Member ID:14322977
Thank you!
(2 of 3) I have another scout that has two instances of his mom in his connections but I canât remove the unused one:
KEEP (this is the account she uses)
SB User ID: 11438677
BSA Member ID: 140262681
MERGE or DELETE (looks like this is an old account from when they lived in a different state)
SB User ID: 12020896
BSA Member ID:137118965
Thank you!
Last one for tonight (3 of 3). I have a scout that has two instances of a parent, but one is unused and lists the scoutâs contact info. Please merge these:
KEEP
SB User ID: 12463077
BSA Member ID: 14265592
MERGE or DELETE
SB User ID: 12414743
BSA Member ID: 14213661
Thank you for helping me clean up our connections!
@PeterKudarauskas One issue is that you have 2 usernames (logins) at my.Scouting:
One has sign in with Google turned on
The other is an e-mail address
Which username do you want to keep?
Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your child (or children). In the âRelationshipsâ tab / section, they should remove you as parent under your secondary BSA member ID number ending in -337. They should add you under your primary BSA member ID number ending in -281. This will help to prevent future issues.
@KathrynAlva This is fixed.
